At Agua Sole, your satisfaction means the world to us. We hope you love your pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns on full-priced items under the following conditions:

Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Item Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and sent back with all original tags, packaging, and sanitary labels intact. Please try on items with care—unfortunately, we can’t accept returns that show signs of wear, including marks, stains, perfume, or other odors.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and hygiene of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Earrings
• Headwear
• Beauty products

Items marked Final Sale

Additional Notes

We reserve the right to monitor returns and refuse future orders if we detect patterns of excessive returns or if items appear to be worn for personal or professional content creation purposes.

Refund Options

Eligible returns can be processed as either:

• A refund to your original payment method
• Or store credit, so you can find something you truly love
